To ensure the best results, clients must: Provide accurate and up-to-date information during booking. Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Secure pets or notify us if pets will be present.
4. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver excellent service. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
