1. Services Offered

Noble Spruce Cleaning provides natural, non-toxic home and office cleaning services. We offer deep cleans, routine maintenance, move-in/move-out cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, office cleaning, and staging services.

Services are available by appointment and subject to availability in your area.

2. Booking + Cancellations

To book a cleaning, please fill out our contact form or get in touch directly. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Estimates + Pricing

We offer free estimates based on the size and condition of your space. Final pricing may vary depending on scope, location, and specific cleaning needs. Quotes are provided in writing before any work begins.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit, Venmo, etc. Invoices for ongoing services may be issued weekly or monthly. Late payments may incur a small late fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and your happiness is important to us. If something wasn’t quite right, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

6. Safe Products + Property Care

We use only non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your home, family, and pets.
We treat your space with care and respect, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items that have not been disclosed before the cleaning.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, if a client is uncooperative, or if any behavior makes our team feel unsafe.
